It has been my personal experience that most prospects have a greater ability to retain the information you present when they engage two or more of their senses. For instance, you tell them, you show them, and you have them take notes. The best tool I've discovered to accomplish this with is the visualizer. This is a story book you create using pictures to relay the value of what you are saying. When used properly, the visualizer enables you to get your message across with less words. And that means you have more time to listen to the customer.
